We use your details only to reply to you and make your order. We delete them after 90 days.

Who is responsible

Engrave Me Bukidnon is responsible for the details you send us. The person who built and runs this website handles them for us, only to get your request to our team. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).

What we collect

Only what you type or attach in the quote form:

  • Your name and mobile number
  • How you want us to reply (Messenger, call, or SMS)
  • What you want made: the product, how many, the size, the material, and your notes
  • The date you need it and the event date, if you give one
  • Pickup, delivery, or shipping, and your full address if we deliver or ship
  • Photos or files you attach (your design or a reference photo)
  • Whether the order is for a government office

We use these details only to reply to you, send you a quotation, and make and deliver your order.

Where it goes

Our email
Your request and photos come to our shop email, so our team can reply.
Our order list
One row per request goes into a Google Sheet that our team uses to keep track. Photos are not saved there.
Our form service
The form is sent through a server run by the person who built this site for us. It passes your request on and does not keep a copy when the send works. If a send fails, a copy may stay there so the problem can be fixed.

No AI service gets the details you send in the form.

Other services we use

Cloudflare
Runs this website, checks that the form is sent by a person and not a bot, and counts visits. It sees your IP address and browser details. Visit counts use no cookies and no personal data.
Google
Gmail and Google Sheets hold your request, as described above.

The chat button opens Facebook Messenger. Chats there are handled under Messenger's own rules.

How long we keep it

  • After 90 days, we clear your name, number, address, and notes from our order list.
  • Copies of your request kept by the person who runs this website are deleted after 90 days too.
  • The email in our shop inbox is handled by our own team.

Ask us to delete your details

You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Message us or call us and tell us the name and number you used. We clear them the same week.
